Fall is my favorite time of year — the season of cozy sweaters, glowing candles, and the comforting scent of cinnamon and clove in the air. At The Vintage Nest Home & Gifts, I always look forward to bringing in Aspen Mulling Spices, because they capture everything I love about autumn in one simple carton.
These spice blends make it so easy to create something special, even on a busy day. Just stir them into cider, wine, tea, or cocoa, and suddenly your home feels warmer, more inviting, and ready for company. Whether you’re planning a get-together with friends or enjoying a quiet evening at home, Aspen Mulling Spices help turn any moment into a memory.
🍎 Four Flavors to Fall in Love With
Original Cider Spice Blend – The classic! A comforting mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove that’s been shared with friends new and old for over 50 years.
Cinnamon Orange Spice Blend – A bright twist with sunny citrus and warm cinnamon—perfect for cider or tea.
Caramel Apple Spice Blend – The taste of fall fairs and crisp orchard days: sweet caramel meets tart apple.
Original Sugar-Free Blend – All the flavor of the Original Blend, with no sugar and fewer calories.

🍂 Favorite Ways to Enjoy Aspen Mulling Spices
You can do so much more than make cider! Here are a few of my favorite ways to use them:
1. Spiced Apple Cider – A fall essential. Add 2 teaspoons of Aspen Mulling Spices to a cup of cider for instant comfort.
2. Mulled Wine – Perfect for a chilly evening. Stir in Aspen to your favorite dry red wine, serve warm, and enjoy the cozy aroma.
3. Cocoa “N” Spice – Add a teaspoon of Aspen to your hot cocoa for an extra touch of warmth and depth.
4. Mountain Pumpkin Bread – This recipe has become a customer favorite in our shop! The Aspen spices blend beautifully with pumpkin, filling your kitchen with that nostalgic fall scent.
